What's natural green grass colorant?
G3 Green Grass Guys natural green grass colorant is an instant solution to your lawns dying brown/yellow or dormant areas, partial or complete. Most lawns have brown/yellow grass spots mostly from pet urine, disease, drought, insects, or have gone dormant in the winter months turning yellow. Our formulated product is safe and non-toxic.
What do I do after I get my order?
To transform your brown/yellow grass back to natural looking green grass you just spray the solution directly onto the affected area. The brown/yellow area will be green again. For the best appearance we recommend spraying the entire lawn on at least the damaged area to blend with the green lawn remaining if any to have a uniform color.
Are the result immediate?
Yes, & the drying time depends on the weather, but typically takes less then 2 hours.
How long will G3 Natural Green Grass Colorant last?
It will last 2-3 months or until mowed and the dyed green grass is cut off. In the winter months when grass goes dormant & turns yellow it grows very little. These are ideal conditions for G3 natural green grass colorant applications. In the summer time with the drought water mandated restrictions and to reduce your water usage to save money your lawn will turn brown, or as the media has put it, turns gold. No one wants a brown or gold lawn, everybody wants a plush green healthy looking lawn. Using G3 natural green grass colorant this is very easily obtainable, with just watering 1-2 days a week to keep the grass root system alive. In some instances much less watering is required. You want to water just enough to keep the grass from dying and becoming crunchy, and the less water you use the less the grass will grow requiring the lawn to be mowed less in-turn the G3 grass colorant will last even longer! Win/win/win less money, less work, looks better! After drying, the colorant doesn't wash off, even from rain, watering or foot traffic.

Can I adjust the color?
Yes, you can lighten the color by simply adding additional water & diluting the solution or darken the color by adding more G3 natural green grass colorant.
What are the mixing ratios?
Over the years professional applicators have used our products at a ratio between a 1:8 to 1:14 when mixing concentrate with water. For a lighter shade they used more water & less water for darker shades. But we have found that keeping the 10-1 ratio is best because you can always touch up areas in the future and not have to keep guessing what the correct ratio of mixing is, in addition at 10-1 this gives the correct amount of actual natural dye colorant to penetrate the grass for longevity. If you want a lighter color with still some of the natural brown/yellowish color of the existing lawn showing then just move the wand quicker over the damaged lawn for less G3 colorant application. If after you do your application and it dries, and you want it darker, you can always do a second coat application. Some people prefer the lighter color look, some people prefer the solid dark plush look obtained by moving the spray wand slower to apply more material & even a second coat application if desired! Experiment with it, and obtain the exact shade the suits you best!

Green Lawns Aren't "Green": The Ecological Impact of Grass Lawns
They require gallons of petroleum for mowing, a constant input of petroleum-based fertilizers and pesticides, and massive amounts of energy for upkeep--making them a huge contributing problem to global warning, air pollution, and water pollution.
They also suck up millions of gallons of water each year, which is a serious problem in areas suffering from drought. Some municipalities have even placed a temporary or permanent bans on water sprinkler systems, because many people will continue pouring precious water into their lawns in spite of water shortages. When there is little fresh water available for drinking and showering, it is horrifying to consider that water is being poured uselessly into a crop that serves no practical purpose.
